Managing Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  3. View your current plan, next billing date, and payment method.
  4. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment information is processed securely and never stored on our servers.

Invoices & Receipts

You can download invoices at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing History.
  2. Click Download next to any invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of any billing cycle.

    Yes! You get 3 free lifetime scans with Ingredient Encyclopedia access. No credit card required.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Go to Settings > Subscription and click Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
