Managing Your lowtox.group Account

Creating an Account

To get started with lowtox.group:

  1. Visit our Sign Up page.
  2. Enter your name, email, and create a password.
  3. Choose your plan — Free (3 lifetime scans), The Daily Shield ($7/month), or The Total Sanctuary ($24/month).
  4. Start scanning products immediately!

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription.
  3. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

All plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Updating Your Profile

To update your personal details:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings > Profile.
  3. Edit your name, email, or notification preferences.
  4. Save your changes.

Notification Preferences

Customise what you hear from us:

  • Scan results — Get notified when your scan results are ready.
  • Safe Swap alerts — Get notified about safer alternatives (The Daily Shield & The Total Sanctuary).
  • LowTox Concierge — Personalised expert advice delivered to your inbox (The Total Sanctuary).

Closing Your Account

If you need to close your account:

  1. Cancel your active subscription first.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Click Delete Account.

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
